Description.
Male. Body length
1.13 mm
. Frons brown. Supra-antennal setae present. Lower fronto-orbital setae absent. Lower interfrontal setae slightly shorter than upper interfrontal setae and the distance between each other equaled to that between upper interfrontal setae. First flagellomere brown,
0.14 mm
long, with an aspect ratio of 1.52:1; arista
0.27 mm
long, 2 times as long as that of first flagellomere. Palpus dark brown, with 6 short setae apically.
Thorax brown. Mid and hind legs brown, fore leg yellow. Fore tibia with 12 small near-dorsal setulae, the uppermost being longer than the rest. Mid femur without sense-organ. Wing length
1.05 mm
