Rhizomes long-creeping, cord-like; rachises with two kinds of scales: lanceolate with pectinate bases and filiform apices and arachnoid; blades with 1–3 pairs of lateral pinnae; pinnules reduced toward apices, 14–16 pairs per pinna, margins of sterile pinnules finely serrate, apices rounded, abaxially with long, septate reddish brown hairs on veins, adaxially glabrous; indusia glabrous.
