Diagnostic characters.
The species can be separated from other members of the subgenus by having an bare and nearly parallel-sided anal point, and low AR (0.77).
Etymology.
From Latin,
intectus
, naked, referring to the bare anal point.
Description.
Male (n = 1).
Total length
3.45 mm

. Total length / wing length 1.62. Wing length / length of profemur 2.21.
Coloration.
Head brown. Antenna, legs and abdomen yellowish brown. Thorax dark brown.
Head
. AR 0.77. Ultimate flagellomere 480 Μm long. Temporal setae 10, including 2 inner verticals, 3 outer verticals and 5 postorbitals. Clypeus with 14 setae. Cibarial pump, tentorium and stipes as in
Fig. 7
. Tentorium 113 Μm long, 37 Μm wide. Stipes 139 Μm long, 52 Μm wide. Palpomere lengths (in Μm): 30, 53, 115, 108, 153. Length ratio of palpomeres 5/3 1.33.
Wing

). Anal lobe well developed. VR 1.20. Costal extension 56 Μm long. R with 10 setae, other veins bare. Squama with 20 setae.
Thorax.
Antepronotum with 5 setae. Dorsocentrals 10, acrostichals 9, prealars 4. Scutellum with 9 setae.
Legs.
Spur of fore tibia 55 Μm, spurs of mid tibia 24 Μm and 22 Μm long, of hind tibia 66 Μm and 27 Μm long. Comb of 10 setae, shortest seta 26 Μm, longest seta 53 Μm. Width at apex of fore tibia 40 Μm, of mid tibia 44 Μm, of hind tibia 57 Μm. Pseudospurs present on ta1 and ta2 of mid and hind legs, 22–26 Μm long. Sensilla chaetica absent. ). Tergite IX with 7 setae. Anal point slender, nearly parallel-sided, with rounded apex, free from setae, 20 μm long, 8 μm wide. Laterosternite IX with 9 setae. Phallapodeme 92 Μm long, transverse sternapodeme 150 Μm long, oral projections well developed. Gonocoxite with week and short microtrichia, 237 Μm long. Gonostylus 120 Μm long, with long and low crista dorsalis. Megaseta 9 Μm long. HR 1.98, HV 2.88.
