Diagnosis:
Recognized readily by its large, wide body; yellowish brown basic coloration, with dark brown maculae on hemelytron; and bright yellow cuneus with infuscate apex (
Fig. 3A–B
). By these characters, the present new species can be distinguished from the other congener described below and superficially similar taxa (members of
Eocalocoris
,
Eurystylus
,
Heteropantilius
and
Miyamotoa
). The eggs as shown in
Fig. 4I–J
; operculum thick, developed.

Labium shiny yellowish brown, partly tinged with red, short, not exceeding posterior margin of mesepisternum; apical half of segment IV darkened. Pronotum yellowish brown, with a pair of obscure spots posteriorly, tumid, irregularly and transversely wrinkled; collar about as thick as basal part of antennal segment II; mesoscutum pale brown, slightly darkened laterally; scutellum bright yellow, with transverse wrinkles; thoracic pleura uniformly pale brown; metathoracic scent efferent system as in

(
Figs. 4G–H
,
11I–L
): Sclerotized ring elongate oval (
Figs. 4G
); posterior wall wide (
Fig. 11J
); dorsal structure with comb-like microstructures (
Fig. 11J
