Female. Body length:

Colour:
head dark brown to black, palpi yellow, flagellum dark brown, scape yellow; mesosoma dark brown to black; metasoma brown, except the second tergum yellow; wing veins light brown, stigma dark brown; posterior legs pale yellow with femur brown and pale yellow at the base.
Head
: vertex, frons and face smooth; malar space greater than ¼ eye height; temple narrow, width equal to ½ eye width; ocell-ocular distance 2.5 times the diameter of lateral ocellus; 15 flagellomeres.

Comments.
This species is distinguished by the bicoloured legs, third tergum with anterior and posterior transverse groove absent and by the presence of striation in the hind coxa and femur.
Etymology.
The name of this species refers to the location in
São Paulo
state where it was collected.
