Remarks.
This species was originally described with limited detail and illustrations.
Roewer (1923)
added little more information in his redescription (e.g., tarsal formula), but significantly, did not assign it to a new genus. The tarsal formula (3: 6: 5: 6) and Roewer's reluctance to devise a new system suggest that this species is a large (ca.
5 mm
) typical
