Diagnosis.
Antenna with simple nearly always short ascoids. Labial sclerotized furca present. Anterior area of katepisternum nude and without postalar seta. Male gonostylus with one or two apical spiniform setae and one internal spiniform seta present or absent, preapical setae absent; paramere simple, without dorsal protuberance or projection.
