REMARKS. An oddity in the genus in the male genitalia are reduced. The species can be distinguished from
T. hastifera
and
T. nitida
by the infuscation on the apex of the fore wings in these species. The simple male genitalia, very short claspers, U-shaped female sternite VII and infuscation in the middle of hind wing anal cell 3 distinguish this species from
T. demissa
which has extended male claspers, a V-shaped notch in female sternite VII, and lacks infuscation in the middle of hind wing anal cell 3 (
Sanborn 2017a
).
