Diagnostic characters.
Physospermopsis alepidioides
usually possesses an entire leaf blade with a sparsely serrated margin. The shape of the entire leaf segment is an obvious diagnostic characteristic to distinguish it from other
Physospermopsis
species. The stem of it is velutinous.
Distribution.
Endemic to China, Sichuan (Fig.
4
).
Habitat.
Physospermopsis alepidioides
usually occurs in open forests and grasslands.
