Description. Colour. Yellow green. Frontoclypeus yellowish. Ocelli pale yellow. Eyes brown, sometime with a white line medially. Forewings hyaline and veins slightly greenish. Body length, male 7.1 mm to the tip of forewing, female 7.0– 7.6 mm to the tip of forewing, 7.5–8.0 mm to the end of ovipositor. Vertex wide triangular, apically subangular in male and broadly rounded in female, slightly upturned anteriorly. Ocellus close to corresponding eye. Measurements of vertex length: interocular width: pronotal length (mm): male 0.67: 1.1: 0.78, female 0.84: 1.4: 0.84. Pronotum as wide as head. Male genitalia: Subgenital plate with 4 setae laterally. Pygofer side slightly rounded apically. Aedeagus with pair of branched terminal processes, outer pair curving dorsally, about 1/4 as long as shaft, inner pair projecting dorsally, short, less than 1/3 as long as outer pair, tapering apically; gonopore subapical; apodeme developed Female genitalia: Ovipositor extending beyond pygofer approximately 2 times its apical width. Seventh sternum with U-shaped excavation medially. Distribution. China ( Shandong ). Etymology. The species name, an adjective, is derived from the Latin word “breviae” referring to the shorter terminal processes. Remarks. This species resembles T. lineatus , but the latter has subequal slender aedeagal processes.
