Diagnosis. Adult ( Fig. 6 ). Wingspan 10.5‒13.5 mm . Macrobathra nomaea differs from its congeners by having an almost uniformly banded subbasal fascia; in the male genitalia by the left valva subparallel to before apex and the right valva produced medially on the inner margin, and the relatively short socius narrowed to pointed apex ( Fig. 23 ); in the female genitalia by the ductus bursae with posterior half sclerotized and subparallel, and the corpus bursae with a pair of large signa ( Fig. 37 ).
