Redescription.
Male. Body length 8.0–9.0mm. Head. Eye bare; frons about 2.0–2..5 times the width of anterior ocellus, frontal vitta black and about 3.0 times the width of fronto-orbital plate, interfrontal setae strong, without proclinate orbital seta, about 8 pairs of frontal setae on lower half of frons; fronto-orbital plate and parafacial black, covered with grey pruinosity, parafacial about 1.5 times the width of antennal postpedicel, antennal black, antennal postpedicel about 2.0 times as long as broad, arista pubescent, the longest hairs as long as basal diameter of arista, facial carina not distinct, vibrissal angle situated behind frontal angle in profile, epistoma not prominent, 1 row of upcurved subvibrissal setulae, genal height about 2/7 the eye height, genal hairs black, median occipital sclerite bare, postocular setae extending to ventral surface; palpus black and slender, a little shorter than prementum, prementum covered with pale grey pruinosity and 4.0–4.5times as long as broad.

Remarks.
The orginal description of this species is not clarity and exact (e.g., frons width, arista and the longest hairs of it, wing etc.). Therefore, it is needed to be redescriptied. By compared terminalia and habitus with original figures and description of the species, it is sure that the specimens are
