Distribution
. It extends from
Ivory Coast
to
Kenya
and southward to northern
Angola
.In
Equatorial Guinea
it has been recorded in Bioko at Moka Lake (
Mertens 1941
), Ureca, Moka, and between Moka and San Carlos (
Mertens 1964a
), and in
Río Muni
at Benito River (
Boulenger 1900
) and Monte Alén National Park (
Lasso
et al.
2002
) (
Map 30B
).
Comments.
Pseudohaje goldii
occurs across a wide elevational gradient, being one of the reptile species that inhabits from sea level to high altitude environments such as the surroundings of Moka
Lake
at
1800 m
above sea level (
Mertens 1964a
).
