Corrêa 139 ( EAFM !, HUAM !, INPA !) ; 01 February 2013 , fl.,fr., A . L . Corrêa 151 ( EAFM !, HUAM !, INPA !) ; 02 March 2013 , fl., fr., A . L . Corrêa 190 ( EAFM !, HUAM !, INPA !) . Distribution and habitat:— Colombia , Guyana , Suriname , Venezuela ( Berry et al. 2001 ). In Brazil it occurs only in Amazonian forests (Baumgratz 2015). In the reserve, it occurs in “campinarana”, on soils with a lot of organic matter. Comments:— This species is frequent in the “campinarana”. It can be distinguished by combination of the dark gray rhytidome and pentamerous flowers.
