CURRENT STATUS. — Asterina fimbriata Perrier, 1875 . TYPE MATERIAL. — Chile 4 syntypes ; Chiloe Island (see remark); MNHN-IE-2014-361. REMARK Perrier (1875) reports ten individuals, four from Réunion Island (Maillard leg) and six from Chile (Gay leg). Asterina fimbriata occurs along the coasts of Chili and Argentina ; Réunion Island is an incorrect locality.
