Femora brown, the apices broadly yellow; pro- and meso tibiae yellow; hind tibia brown, the base yellow. Wing extensively microtrichose; alula as broad as cell BM. Abdomen black, the 2 nd , 3 rd , 4 th and 5 th terga with three opaque, velvet-black spots. Length. Body 5.0 mm. Discussion. The type material is in Rijksmuseum van Natuurlijke Historie te Leiden, and it was not possible to examine any specimens.
