Diagnosis. This species can be easily distinguished from other Sticholotis species by dark brown pronotum and elytra with black band, a central spot on the suture, and 2–3 rows of large punctures running parallel from base to apex ( Figs 53–55 ). Description. TL: 2.01–2.37 mm , TW: 1.85–2.11 mm , TH: 1.19–1.35 mm , TL/TW: 1.09–1.13; PL/PW: 0.41– 0.46; EL/EW: 0.88–0.91; HW/TW: 0.37; PW/TW: 0.68. Head black, with mouthparts yellow. Elytra predominantly reddish brown, with moderately wide black band along lateral and basal margins and suture, band expanded at middle of suture and elytral apex ( Figs 53–55 ). Underside dark brown. Legs reddish brown and tarsi yellow. Body almost circular in outline, hemispherical, shiny and glabrous. Head frontal punctures inconspicuous, with scattered short setae, interocular distance of eyes 0.81x head width ( Figs 55 ). FIGURES 47–55. 47–49: S. dadugangensis sp. nov. (47) dorsal habitus; (48) lateral habitus; (49) frontal habitus. 50–52: S. dilatata sp. nov. (50) dorsal habitus; (51) lateral habitus; (52) frontal habitus. 53–55: S. cinctipennis Weise, 1885 . (53) dorsal habitus; (54) lateral habitus; (55) frontal habitus. Scale bars: 0.5mm. Pronotal punctures fine and densely distributed, 0.5–2.0 diameters apart, larger towards lateral sides. Elytral surface polished, punctures fine and sparsely distributed, slightly smaller than those on pronotum, 1.5–3.0 diameters apart, with 2–3 rows large punctures running parallel from base to apex. Elytral margins narrow, visible from above. Prosternal punctures inconspicuous, with scattered long setae. Mesoventral surface shiny, punctures large, 0.5– 1.0 diameters apart, with short setae. Metaventrite shiny, coarsely punctate, similar to mesoventrite, 0.5–1.0 diameters apart, with short setae. Elytral epipleuron broad, complete to apex, distinctly foveate to accommodate femoral tips of hind legs. Wings well-developed. Male genitalia: Penis simple and slender, strongly curved at base, capsule broadening basally and with a small inner process, apex pointed ( Fig. 188 ); tegmen with penis guide feebly shorter than parameres, in lateral view stout and straight, subparallel to apical 2/3, narrowing to apex, apex pointed and slightly curved ( Fig. 189 ); penis guide in ventral view elongated, subparallel, strongly narrowed at apical 1/7, apex pointed ( Fig. 190 ); parameres slender, with short setae apically. Female genitalia: Ovipositor elongate and narrowly triangular, styli inconspicuous, each with many long terminal setae ( Fig. 191 ). Specimens examined.
