Remarks
Africasejus
occupies a basal position relative to
Sejus

Epicroseius
. Both species included were described from specimens discovered under the bark of tropical hardwood, imported into
Poland
. The OSAL collection includes an additional specimen of
Africasejus congoensis
(OSAL 14363) recovered from tropical hardwood imported from tropical Africa into a
US
harbour.
