REMARKS
As in specimens from
Taiwan
and
Australia
(
Ahyong & Chan 2004
), the present specimens of
P. typhlops
all have distinctly granulate abdominal tergites. The present specimens of
P. typhlops
represent the first records of the species from the
Solomon Islands
,
Fiji
and
Tonga
.
