Bionomics. The species occurs in foothills and highlands in deciduous and mixed forests, where they live in forest litter, in rotten wood and in remains of plants, as well as in the nests of small mammals, often found in fungi: Laetiporus sulphureus (Bull.) Murr. , Inonotus dryadeus (Pers.) Murr. та Polyporus squamosus Huds. ( Roubal, 1930 ; Semenov, 2007 ; Glotov, 2021 ).
