Naryn-Gol [upper River Naryn-Gol], 2520 m , 49º49'N 89º32'E , na surchinakh [from Marmot burrows], 15–19.vii.2009 , V. Sorokina ( SZNM ). Comments. Apparently an undescribed species, with the following characters: a slender, brown-dusted species; 2 pairs of orbital setae; antenna black; arista plumose; palpus black; without prst acr setae; dc 2+4; pra short, less than half length of 2nd notopleural; prosternum bare; notopleuron without setulae; katepisternals 2+2; meron bare; scutellum bare ventrally; costa with strong setulae on the section between humeral cross-vein and tip of subcosta; costal spine as long as crossvein r-m; vein R4+5 bare; legs wholly black; fore tibia with a p seta; mid tibia with 1 ad and 2 pd , no ventrals; hind femur without pv , with an av row, weak in basal half; hind tibia with 1 short pd in basal half, 3 ad , 2 av ; abdominal spots on tergites 3 and 4 weak. This species was probably an adventitious visitor to the Marmot burrow, probably seeking shelter from the wind.
