REMARK S The holotype of Lamarck’s (1816) A. tessellata is also the one of Müller &Troschel’s (1842) Astrogonium lamarckii ( Jangoux 2021: 248 , fig. 41). This species is distributed from North Carolina to Brazil and from Morocco to Gabon .
