REMARKS.—This is the smallest of the Ecuadorian species of
Majeorona
with a body length about
28 mm
and a wing span of less than
80 mm
. The green head and thorax are marked with and the abdomen is piceous, the postclypeus does not extend anteriorly beyond the supra-antennal plates when viewed from the dorsal side, and the lack of infuscation on the fore wing radial and radiomedial crossveins easily distinguish it from the remaining Ecuadorian
Majeorona
species.
