Body length 4.0 mm [corrected], fore wing length 3.3 mm and antenna length 4.9 mm . Antenna with 37 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere cylindrical, weakly acuminate. Median flagellomeres approximately 3.5 x longer than wide. Occipital carina produced anteriorly near the middle, obliterated medially. Mesopleuron largely aciculate with rugulose sculpture anteriorly and dorsally and along weakly impressed precoxal sulcus, speculum present. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina complete. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 3.2 x 1- CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 2.25 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.1 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.15 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu weak, interstitial. Apex of hind tibia without comb of specialised adpressed setae. Claws without pecten. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite absent. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite complete but barely distinguishable from adjacent longitudinal striation. Etymology. In reference to the absence of the dark mark on middle part of body.
