The specific name is in honor of the collector of the holotype. Noun (name) in genitive case. Diagnosis. Males of this species can be easily distinguished from the remaining known males of the genus by having a very long embolus and rotated tegulum ( Figs 12–14 ). Description. Male holotype: Total length: 3.0. Coloration as in K . extratheca sp. nov. , except for abdomen, ventrally cream colored. Carapace 1.45 long, 0.92 wide, 0.50 high. Ocular quadrangle 0.75 long. Anterior eye row 0.82 wide and posterior 0.80 wide. Palp with a long RTA, its base projected ventrally, rounded tegulum with a series of cuspids and a long embolus arising from the retrolateral portion ( Figs 12– 14 ). Legs 4132. Length of femur: I 0.62, II 0.55, III 0.62, IV 0.85; patella + tibia: I 0.85, II 0.65, III 0.67, IV 0.95; metatarsus + tarsus: I 0.60, II 0.52, III 0.75, IV 0.85. Spination as in K . extratheca sp. nov. Female: Unknown. Remarks. Since females are still unknown, this species is included in the genus based on similarities between the male and males of other species of Kupiuka gen. nov. Distribution. Known only from the State of Pará, Brazil.
