Characteristics.
This is a plesiomorphon within Labiobaetini, that means that it has all characters of Labiobaetini (see above), but has no apomorphies of
Pseudopannota
(see above). Discussion about characters of
Labiobaetis
is given in our previous paper (
Kluge & Novikova 2014
). Most characteristic larval features of
Labiobaetis
are widened paraglossae, diminished glossae and expanded median projection of 2nd segment of labial palp (
Figs 126, 127
).
