The following amplifies the description of
Grebennikov (2009)
to conform with the other entries in this paper. It is based on the
paratype
illustrated in 20 SEM images and a single photograph of a slide given to the author by Grebennikov. This specimen was subsequently destroyed in the SEM, but was also used as the basis for Grebennikov’s short textual description.
