Comments
. The species is characterized by having a basal lobe on the ventral side of the hypopygium, densely covered with macrotrichia. The gonostylus is strongly curved with two long spines and a whiplash hair shorter than spines. It seems to be closely related to the Palaearctic species
Pseudolycoriella nodulosa
(
Mohrig & Krivosheina, 1985
)
, but it does not have a hyaline spine in the middle of the gonostylus, instead it has just a patch of short fine bristles.
