Flowering stems procumbent to ascending, up to 35 cm long, glandular-hairy on pedicels, bracteoles and calyx. Basal leaves subfleshy, 1-veined, narrowly oblanceolate-spathulate, 11–71 × 1.8–6.7 mm , glaucous, glabrous, scabridulous at margin; young leaves sometimes ovate or slightly falcate, often involute. Cauline leaves 11–43 × 1.5–6.0 mm, glaucous; lower oblanceolate, upper ones lanceolate to linear-lanceolate. Inflorescence corymbosepaniculate, 3–16-flowered. Pedicels 1–9 mm , erect, densely glandular-hairy. Bracteoles lanceolate to linear, up to 7 mm long, resembling cauline leaves but densely glandular-hairy. Calyx cylindrical, up to 26 mm , densely glandular-hairy; teeth acuminate, 2.7–3.5 mm long. Corolla up to 32 mm , longer than calyx, glabrous, pale to deep pink; limb obovate, 8.1–9.7 mm , bifid to 1/4–1/3 with lobes 2.1–3.1 mm long, inrolled at apex; scales at base of limb 2, linear-lanceolate, 1.9–3.1 mm long.
