Diagnosis.
According to the original description and illustrations
Saccharodite obtusa
shows some similarities to
Sa. lutea
Zelazny
from the
Philippines
and
Sa. solitaria
sp. nov.
from New
Guinea
. It can be distinguished from these by the faint infuscations on the forewings and the pointed processes of the male aedeagus.
