Sichuan , Baoxing , K . L . Chu 3231 ( lectotype designated here: PE00866146 ; isolectotypes : IBSC0145403 , PE00866145 , PE00865960 , SZ00179815 ) Notes: In 1941, Handel-Mazzetti described ten new taxa based on Chu’s collections including Parnassia leptophylla . PE conserves most of Chu’s specimens, and we traced there three sheets of the syntypes of P. leptophylla . This species is identified by the appendages on the anther connective and deep, 3-lobed staminodes. These characters are well presented by a separated flower mounted on PE 00866146, and so we designated it as the lectotype . Sect. Odontohymen T . C . Ku (1987: 29) Type : Parnassia farreri W.E.
