is a remarkable member of
T
.
sect.
Alpina
, confined to the western part of the Alps. It is very dissimilar from the above Bulgarian material, and there is no other indication of its occurrence in
Bulgaria
. The plants under this name in the Doll’s collection mostly belong to what is described as
T. serenum
below.
