Diagnosis: Distinguished from other Philisca by having the epigynal median field rectangular, slightly elevated, with a deep anterior pouch ( Fig. 2b, c ), and the male paramedian apophysis elongate, thick, with a rounded tip ( Fig. 2d, e ; Ramírez 2003 : fig. 93 A, B). Description: Male and female described in Ramírez (2003) . Dorsal habitus as in Fig. 2a . Male chelicerae not modified ( Fig. 34a ). Distribution: Chile , from Cautín province to Cabo de Hornos ( Fig. 38a ).
