Diagnosis.
K. mella
can be distinguished from other species in the genus by its size (male, 4.0 mm), pygofer without distinct posteroventral tooth, aedeagus with broad base and with narrow shaft arising posterodorsally from base, aedeagus apex with short flanges arising from laterally, and aedeagus posteroventral corner distinct– sharply angled and projecting outward.
