Diagnosis.
Predominantly dark brown, with a thick yellow band on the abdomen; wing brown with hyaline apex.
Redescription.
Female

Head.
Frons convergent above, dark brown with few whitish hairs beside the mid-callus and a slight line of grayish pollinosity by the margin of the eyes. Frontal callus as wide as frons, dark brown. Subcallus dark brown with sparse silver pollinosity. Base of antenna with dense yellow pollinosity. Antenna dark brown. Scape and pedicel with black hairs; flagellum with sparse golden pollinosity.
Basal flagellomere with dorsal spine, reaching the second flagellomere. Palpus dark brown, with black hairs. Face, parafacia, gena and postgena with dark brown hairs, with sparse silver pollinosity best seen in dorsal view. Gena and postgena with dark brown hairs.
Thorax.
Scutum and scutellum dark brown, with yellowish gray pollinosity and dark brown to black hairs. Postpronotal lobe lighter than the scutum, with mixed black and white hairs. Notopleuron dark brown, with yellowish-gray pollinosity and dark brown to black hairs. Proepisternum dark brown, with yellowish-gray pollinosity and white hairs proximally and dark brown to black hairs distally. Proepimeron dark brown, with yellowish-gray pollinosity and dark brown to black hairs. Anepisternum dark brown, with sparse black hairs. Anepimeron dark brown, with yellowish pollinosity best seen in dorsal view and sparse dark brown hairs. Katatergite dark brown with dark brown to black hairs. Katepisternum dark brown, with yellowish pollinosity, best seen in dorsal view, and sparse dark brown hairs. Katepimeron dark brown, with yellowish-gray pollinosity. Coxa dark brown with sparse yellowish-gray pollinosity and black hairs. The other parts of the leg dark brown with black hairs, except for white hairs distally on the anterodorsal side of the tibiae 2 and 3 and for reddish hairs on the ventral side of the tarsus. Wing light brown with hyaline apex; venation brown. Pterostigma light brown. Halter light brown with yellowish apex.
Abdomen.
Tergite 1 dark brown, with distal margin yellow with yellow hairs; tergite 2 entirely darkyellow with yellow hairs; the other tergites dark brown with black hairs mixed with few reddish hairs on the last tergites. Sternites dark brown proximally and distal margin light brown; sternite 1 with black hairs in middle of the proximal part, yellow hairs laterally and reddish hairs on the middle of the distal margin; other sternites have yellow hairs laterally and reddish hairs in middle.
