Description.
Male. Body length
1.3–1.5mm
. Frons dark brown. Supra-antennal setae present. Lower interfrontal setae shorter than upper interfrontal setae and the distance between each other a little shorter than that between upper interfrontal setae. Lower fronto-orbital setae very short, 1/3 length of upper fronto-orbital setae. First flagellomere dark brown,
0.16 mm
long, with an aspect ratio of 1.83:1; arista
0.41 mm
long, 2.28 times length of first flagellomere. Palpus dark brown, with 7 short setae apically.
Thorax dark brown. Mid and hind legs dark brown, fore leg light brown. Fore tibia with 11 small near-dorsal setulae, the uppermost being longer than the rest. Mid femur without sense-organ. Wing length

. Costal index 0.38, costal ratio 2.4:1, costal setulae length
