Remarks
. The genus can be identified by the following characteristics. Medium sized body, mostly black or tawny. Width of head including eyes is narrow to width of pronotum, the anterior margin of the crown extends foreward, with three marginal ridges, crown seam obvious. Face including eyes broader than long, horizontal, flat in lateral view; frontoclypeus gradually narrowed; lorum long and narrow. Pronotum longer than crown, posterior margin slightly concave, anterior margin convex. Forewings yellow or black, with 3 subapical cells. Male pygofer is wide at base, tipped with setae, ventral margin with or without protuberance. Valve triangular. Subgenital plates with a few hair-like setae, trapezoidal with or without apical membranous appendage. Distal apophysis of style with or without dentate prominences, tapered distally and sculptured ventrally. Connective and aedeagus fused. Aedeagus shaft tubular with apical large gonopore, with or without protrusions in subterminal.
