Diagnostic characters. Larva
: Antennal pedestal 112 µm long with spur; Lauterborn organs large, pedicels, including LO, 110 µm long, proximal half annulated (
Fig. 83
). Clypeal S3 simple. Mentum 68 µm long, with median trifid white tooth (
Fig.85
). Mandible as in fig. 84.
Pupa
: Tergite III with paired bands of long spines curved outwards; tergite IV with paired bands of long and short spines somewhat curved; tergite V and VI with paired oval patches of short simple spinules (
Fig. 86
). Combs of segment VIII consisting of 35–40 teeth (
Fig. 87
).
