D i a g n o s i s: The three-pronged testaceous marking near the the base of the elytral sutural margin will distinguish the members of this species from congeners. D e s c r i p t i o n: Size: Length 5.0 mm; width 1.3 mm . Form: As in Fig. 361 . Color: Cranial dorsum dark brown, venter light brown; antenna, legs, and abdomen testaceous; prothorax mostly brown, pronotum with two paralateral black vittae, venter yellow; pterothorax dark brown; elytra bicolorous, disc mostly dark brown, epipleural margin broadly testaceous to elytral apex, sutural margin broadly testaceous to elytral apex, anteriorly testaceous sutural margin transforms to three-pronged testaceous marking. Head: Cranium coarsely punctate; antenna ( Fig. 48a ) capitate, funicular antennomeres shorter towards capitulum, capitular antennomeres 8 and 9 triangular, antennomere 10 ovoid; eyes large, coarsely facetted, eye narrower than frons (EW/FW 20/30). Thorax: Pronotum ( Fig. 139 ) quadrate (PW/PL 70/70), disc coarsely punctate, lateral tubercle well developed; elytra sculptured with 9 striae of asetiferous punctures that dissipate near elytral apex (EL/EW 200/45). Abdomen: Pygidium scutiform; aedeagus examined, then lost. N a t u r a l H i s t o r y: The holotype was collected during January. D i s t r i b u t i o n: This species is known from Argentina . E t y m o l o g y: The trivial name, entrerios , is a noun in apposition and refers to the type locality.
