Antenniferous tubercles subparallel. Head broad. Antenna long, slender, segment IV fusiform and slightly broader; light brown to brown; with short decumbent setae more abundant at apex; first segment shorter than half interocular width. Eyes relatively small. Rostrum brown, with short sparse semierect setae; rostrum reaching posterior border of procoxae. Anterior pronotal collar demarcated by a furrow, more pronounced medially, punctuate, brown to light brown; anterior pronotal lobe dark brown, weakly punctuate; posterior pronotal lobe brown, darker posteriorly, with two light brown spots medially and two similar spots laterally (in some specimens). Scalelike setae posteriorly on anterior pronotal lobe, transverse sulci, and anterior half of posterior pronotal lobe. Scutellum dark brown, with scalelike setae, punctuate. Hemelytra coloration pattern as in fig. 1. Hemelytra almost reaching abdominal apex. Pleura dark brown except proepimeron brown to light brown and metaepimeron contrastingly light brown; acetabular areas brown to light brown; punctuate; with short, decumbent setae. Coxa, trochanter, femur, meso and metatibia basally, and pretarsi dark brown; tibia and tarsi light brown. Abdomen brown, with short abundant decumbent setae.
