Mandible stout, weakly tapered towards distal end, with upper tooth conspicuously longer and stouter than the lower ( Figs 64–66 ); mesoscutellum with scattered punctures and two lateral stripes joining posteriorly ( Fig. 67 ); propodeum centrally wrinkled or ridged ( Fig. 68 ); fore wing with vein 3 rs -m completely absent, with vein 1 mcu joining 2 rs -m closer to Rs than of M , or rarely with lenticular areolet ( Fig. 69 ) ( Gauld 2000 ). The specimens were collected with a Malaise and suspendable type flight intersection trap at ground level and canopy in secondary forest and sugarcane ( Saccharum officinarum ) cultivation. The vegetation of the collection site corresponds to forests of the Andean-Amazonian foothills and Amazonian lowlands. Hosts. Unknown.
