The type specimen for this species is not currently found in the MNHNP database of Orthoptera types . Details on this type locality are found in Orghidan et al. ( 1977 ) and given as follows: “Provincia de Oriente, Municipio de Mayarí, Barrio de Seboruquito, à 50 m en amont de la grotte précédente. Altitude: env. 20 m .
