uniform brownish; frons often light yellow between fastigium and labrum; dorsal side of pronotum smooth in promesozona, with small creamy spots and opaque in the middle of metazona; upper surface from prozona to end of the metazona, between each band and pronotal disc with a longitudinal creamy wide line in lateral view, metazona raised. Tegmina and hind wing fully developed, fore unicolourous with cross vein of costal and pre-costal area irregular. Stridulatory file area of male left tegmen large with arrangement of teeth as 37 large and 27 small; main teeth very robust, which are large and spaced in middle, gradually becoming narrower at apex.
Hind
femora unarmed ventrally.
Hind
tibiae with 27–29 dorso-internal, 25–27 external spines; 6–7 ventro-internal, 11–13 external spines and with three pairs of apical spurs.
Tenth tergite much wider than long and anterior margin strongly depressed downwards; posterior margin with a moderately deep and roughly ovate median incision; cerci robust with a stout inner tooth proximally; subgenital plate slightly longer than wide, posterior margin somewhat smooth, stylus cylindrical, about 3.5 times longer than its maximal heights;
Female:
Tenth abdominal tergite with small incision in the middle, apical margin rounded. Epiproct small, tongue-shaped. Cerci conical at base, narrowing towards apex that is obtuse, with hair. Subgenital plate wider in the middle, narrowing posteriorly, flat, trapezoidal and smooth. Ovipositor moderately straight and slightly curved upward, dorsal and ventral margins smooth, dorsal valve longer than ventral, dorsal valve triangular and ventral apices acute, laterally pressed.
