Diagnosis.

. Antennal scrobes broadly visible in dorsal view. Pronotum and elytra with scales long, erect, plumose and shaggy; on pronotum condensed in anterolotreal angles and in paramedian tufts; elytral strial regions with fine, hair-like, non-plumose scales; posteroloteral area of elytra with 3–6 shallow punctures; basal margin of elytra not toothed at humeri.
