Redescription of Male : Body length about 10.0 mm ( Fig. 29 A). Eye bare, red. Fronto-orbital plate, parafacial and postocular strip black with silvery black pollinosity; parafacial bristles in one row, parafacial 2.2× as broad as fronto-orbital plate. Frontal vitta black, 1.8× as broad as fronto-orbital plate at the narrowest point; frons at vertex 0.27× head width ( Fig. 29 A); frontal row of 9 bristles; outer vertical bristle not differentiated from postocular bristles, upper orbital bristle one. Ocellar bristles directed anteriorly. Gena ground color black, with dense black bristles and silvery gray pollinosity, height 0.26× eye height in lateral view ( Fig. 29 E), postgena with slender white bristles. Antenna grayish brown, not reaching the level of vibrissal insertion, first flagellomere 2.2× as long as pedicel ( Fig. 29 C, D); arista with long plumose in basal 3/5. Palpus brown, expanded in distal part. Thorax ground color black; scutum pollinosity silvery gray with three black dorsal vittae. Chaetotaxy: acrostichals 0+1, dorsocentrals 3+4, intra-alars 1+2, supra-alars 3, postalars 2, postpronotals 3, notopleurals 2, scutellum with 1 apical, 1 subapical, 1 discal and 1 basal bristles. Pleuron with meropleurals 9 or 10; katepisternal bristles 2: 1, prosternum, metasternum and postalar wall with bristles, proepisternum bare. Wing hyaline ( Fig. 29 A); subcostal sclerite yellow, bare; tegula black; basicosta yellowish white, bare; costal spine not differentiated; vein R1 bare, two ventral bristles at node of R2+3-R4+5, vein R4+5 setose dorsally from junction of R2+3 halfway to crossvein r-m, lower calypter yellowish white. Legs black; fore femur with one row of dorsal bristles (about 8), one row of posteroventral bristles (about 19) and one row of posterodorsal bristles (about 8), fore tibia with three anterodorsal and one sub-median posterior bristles; mid femur with four anterior, two apical posterior and one apical posterodorsal bristles, one row of ventral bristles (about 8), and with slender ventral bristles in basal half, mid tibia with two anterodorsal, one sub-median posterior and one median posterodorsal bristles; hind femur with one row of anterodorsal bristles (about 8), one row of anterior bristles (about 6) and one row of ventral bristles (about 7), and with dense and long bristles along ventral margin, hind tibia with one row of anterodorsal bristles (about 10, among them 2 strong) and one row of posterodorsal bristles (about 9, among them 2 strong), one sub-median anteroventral bristle, and with dense and long bristles along anteroventral and posteroventral margins. Abdomen long oval; tergite 3 without median marginal bristle, tergite 4 with one pair of median marginal bristles, tergite 5 with complete row of marginal bristles, syntergosternite 7+8 and epandrium black ( Fig. 29 F), sternites 1−4 with dense bristles. Terminalia: Cercus gently curved distally and with an apical concavity ( Fig. 29 B).
