Morphological variation:
Vertex usually without wrinkles behind the ocelli, but sometimes present. Antennae with 38-45 flagellomeres. Median longitudinal carinae of propodeum usually absent, sometimes slightly developed (

). Propodeal spiracle usually clearly separated from pleural carina, rarely almost joining it. Red marks sometimes present in
mesosoma
. Tergites and coxae from reddish to black. Apical rim of tergites slightly to distinctly yellow coloured.
