Malaysia : Sabah ( MOHAMEDSAID 2001 ). Comments. After the tentative transfer of this species to Monolepta it is now a homonym of Monolepta apicalis (Sahlberg, 1823) . However, I avoid to suggest a new name till its definitive placement in Monolepta is confirmed.
