Diagnosis.
The species is similar to
H. albopunctata
Thorell, 1899
(
Alderweireldt & Jocqué 2005: 50, figs 14–16
), but differs from the latter by the groove-like and relatively strong anterior arm (
AA
), the finger-like and small posterior arm (
PA
) of the MA (

Redescription.
Male (

A). Total length 12.45. Prosoma 5.68 long, 4.32 wide; opisthosoma 6.51 long, 3.20 wide. Dorsum of prosoma yellow brown, with light brown submarginal bands. Eye region black. Fovea longitudinal. Cervical groove indistinct. Radial furrows distinct. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.24, ALE 0.21, PME 0.35, PLE 0.32; AME–AME 0.13, AME–ALE 0.10, PME–PME 0.31, PME–PLE 0.38. Clypeus height 0.29. Chelicerae elongate, black brown, with three promarginal and three retromarginal teeth. Labium yellow brown, Length equal to the width. Endites yellow brown, longer than wide. Sternum yellow brown and scutellate, median band black, with sparse brown hairs. Legs yellow brown, with black pigmentation. Leg measurements: I 23.96 (6.13, 8.13, 6.45, 3.25); II 23.33 (6.10, 7.67, 6.30, 3.26); III 21.49 (5.65, 6.68, 6.14, 3.02); IV 28.09 (6.80, 8.44, 8.95, 3.90). Leg formula: 4123. Opisthosoma long oval. Dorsum yellow brown, with narrowly lanceolate cardiac mark in anterior half, and with four black chevron-like markings and black irregular markings in posterior half part. Venter of opisthosoma yellow brown. Spinnerets black brown, posterior lateral spinneret longer than anterior lateral spinneret.

A–B, 8C–D). Subtegulum located on baso-prolateral side of the bulb. Terminal apophysis hook-like. Embolus thin and long. Conductor membranous and small. Median apophysis with two arms: groove-like anterior arm (

), finger-like and small posterior arm (

B) total length 13.66. Prosoma 6.18 long, 4.39 wide; opisthosoma 7.38 long, 4.13 wide. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.24, ALE 0.23, PME 0.37, PLE 0.33; AME–AME 0.14, AME–ALE 0.12, PME– PME 0.34, PME–PLE 0.46. Clypeus height 0.31. Leg measurements: I 19.01 (5.11, 6.47, 4.58, 2.85); II 18.35 (5.27, 6.11, 4.36, 2.61); III 17.96 (5.04, 5.65, 4.67, 2.60); IV 24.50 (6.40, 7.51, 7.52, 3.07). Leg formula: 4123.
Epigyne (

C–D, 8E–G). In ventral view, sub-rectangular median plate with rounded anterior corners, two small lateral lobes on posterior margin and a large depression centrally; clothed in bushy white setae. Head of spermatheca spherical. Stalk of spermatheca simple and short. Fertilization ducts not crescent.
