PalatoV), and from a channel of the Kherlen RiVer near Ondorkhaan Town ( 19.06.2010 , leg. D.M. PalatoV). Earlier, MartenS (1882) recorded thiS SpecieS from Northern Mongolia (Eter gol RiVer). Extra-limital distribution. Ph. fontinalis iS a SpecieS widely diStributed in weStern Palearctic , Europe to WeStern Siberia ( Taylor 2003 ). Morphology. The SnailS of Mongolia morphologically are Very Similar to Physa fontinalis from Europe and WeStern Siberia.
