Mesosoma 1.6 × as long as distance between external margins of tegulae. Cell 2Cu of fore wing 3.1 × as long as wide along 1cu-a and 2.36 × as long as wide along 1cu-b ; radial (marginal) cell 6.3 × as long as its maximum width. Metasomal petiole 3.2 × as long as wide. Male . Metasomal petiole 3.9 × as long as wide. Cell 2Cu of fore wing 2.5 × as long as wide along 1cu-a and 2.0 × as long as wide along 1cu-b ; pterostigma 3.5 × as long as wide. Body length: ♀ 13.0, ♂, 13.5 mm . Materials examined. Holotype , 1♂ , RUSSIA : Primorskij Krai, Partizansk, 6.VI.1981 , A. Kupianskaya [ ZIN ]. Additional material . 1♀, RUSSIA : Khabarovslij Krai, Bolshekhehtsirskii reserve ( 20 km south of Khabarovsk), 5 km south-west Bychikha, stream Sosninskii, 13.VI.1994 , A. Lelej [ IBSS ]. Host. Unknown. There are two species of Megaxyela Ashmead , which are distributed in the Khabarovskij Krai and Primorskij Krai: M. gigantea Mocsáry, 1909 and undescribed species (Blank et al. in litt.), which may be the potential hosts of Proctorenyxa incredibilis (Kozlov) .
